Overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to daily office operations by managing communications, organizing schedules, preparing documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures efficient workflow and a positive experience for clients and staff.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar system.
  • Create, update, and distribute reports, documents, and other administrative materials.
  • Respond to client questions promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
  • Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Qualifications (Optional to include):

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Prior administrative or reception experience preferred.
